Easy Rangoli For Kids

Rangoli patterns are traditionally drawn in shape of square, rectangular or circular or a mix of all three with the fingers using flour, rice grains or colored chalk. Rangoli designs are usually taken from Nature like peacocks, mango, flower and so on.

Rangoli were originally done in small patterns of about two three foot square, but now entire areas of floor can be covered in interactive designs. It is often produced by first drawing gridlines in light chalk.
